Water Simulation

Water is the driving force of all nature.
 - Leonardo da Vinci
Hello everyone back once again, at the bottom of my last post I put a frame from my latest animation and I am please to say that the animation was a success :D it took about +5 hours render time and totals at 250 frames which = about 10 secs long, never again will I do a water simulation on this old laptop, next time I do one I will have a much better laptop which will hopefully cut that render time in half, so here is the lovely animation and it does actually look pretty sweet. This is all I got time for today as I have been trying out a few other things in blender like cycles and that, sadly cycles is another thing which doesn't work very well on this old thing why that is I will explain sometime in the week in a post intitled "Cycles vs Normal renders"

Enjoy....

Till next time...

  1. If you want to do rendering, A laptop really isn't a good idea. My laptops primary GPU is completely dead from render-induced heat damage, For example.
I say, Build/buy a cheap desktop, And upgrade your laptop. In the long run, This will be cheaper.

  2. Ah I would love a nice little desktop to do this all on, but sadly lack the room for one :(
